Not sure if free shipping code is for Card holder only. But you can give a try.

You have to have a Kohls card in order to use the 30% off code.

问一下，他家这个卡，minimum finance charge 0.5 是什么意思，每个月如果不用，还要被charge 0.5么？想申请她家的这个卡，发现有这一项，不太懂，mm们能解释一下么？谢谢啦

No. If you do not use it. You will not be charged at all. Just like any credit card. This is the the minimum charger per transaction. Most credit card has this term as well.
