1. Tarp is needed everywhere. It can work temporarily against the weather when/where tent is unavailable.
2. Food such as rice, flour, oil and fresh vegetables.
3. Protective supplies like masks and rubber gloves.

Currently the disaster relief effort has entered another
crucial stage, focusing on preventing communicable disease outbreaks. OSCCF rushed
out some education materials and sent volunteers to victims' residential areas
to promote the knowledge, as well as to distribute disinfection supplies.
Meanwhile OSCCF use their established channel to keep sending masks, gloves and
other protective products to the soldiers who are rescuing in the front line.

communicable disease 泛指所有会传染的疾病，所以范围从AIDS到感冒都有。
这里是用epidemic更合适，皮蛋妈
