A Cornish game hen is a young chicken sold whole. Despite the name, it is not a game bird, but actually a typical chicken that is slaughtered at a young age and therefore is smaller in size. Though the bird is called a "hen," it can be either male or female.
In addition to commanding a higher price, the game hens have a shorter growing span, 28 to 30 days as opposed to 42 or more for regular chicken. Two-thirds of Cornish game hens sold in the United States come from Tyson Foods, Inc.
The USDA describes the Rock Cornish game hen or Cornish game hen as a young immature chicken (usually 5 to 6 weeks of age), weighing not more than 2 pounds ready-to-cook weight, which was prepared from a Cornish chicken or the progeny of a Cornish chicken crossed with another breed of chicken.
Now let's define "natural". USDA guidelines state that any product can be labeled "natural" if it does not contain any artificial flavoring, coloring, chemical preservative, or synthetic ingredient, and has been minimally processed. When it comes to raw chicken, "minimally processed" means it has only been handled as necessary to slaughter, clean, and make it ready for cooking. You'll notice that "natural" has nothing to do with the conditions under which the chicken was raised, what it was fed, how stress-free its life was, whether it ever received antibiotics, or whether organic farming practices were employed.

还是中国店卖的那种什么维康鸡、黄毛鸡、乌骨鸡才行，而且比较瘦，没有美国鸡那么多肉，尤其是鸡胸肉，organic的也是很厚一大块，没法解决。

新鲜的还行，冷冻的那种小的不大好。
但是貌似粤菜馆子都是用的那种小乌鸡，倒没什么腥味儿，可能是加了药材的缘故。

据说在美国的台湾人坐月子每天都要吃一个这种的小鸡，不放盐炖汤。。。据说产后喝这个非常非常好。。。我虽然也喝但还是放盐了。。。

你们看过没有一个叫food Inc.的纪录片？看过就知道为什么美国的鸡都没味道了
看了，也晓得为虾米牛肉那么难吃了。。。。。
我今天去超市，两只小鸡一包的要10快钱左右，最近好像涨价了啊，以前好像真没多贵
为毛加拿大2只一包的要20+呢....米国人民真幸福

tyson的corn hen炖汤也很好喝！至少没有鸡骚味！
嗯，这个的确不错。不过其实不明白这个all natural到底多健康？然后美国店里的organic鸡我也买过，可是炖汤出来特别厚的一层油。。。味道很一般，以后就没再买了

来美国很久了，一直对于这边的鸡都耿耿于怀，因为没有鸡味，只有肥味啊！！！！！ 每次只好加很多中药，来综合那个味道，不然根本咽不下去……恰恰我又是从小每周一锅鸡汤长大的人，喝不到那种鸡汤真是让我痛苦。。。。

aldi的鸡还是别吃都是个激素
organic是不是指喂鸡的东东是organic的啊？ 这个cornish hen是一个鸡种，吃的貌似也蛮健康的。 我觉得你们那边肯定有那种卖health food的地方，仔细看看，就该有这种小鸡卖，估计就牌子不同而已。找cornish hen就可以了。或者问问manager。

不过以前见到类似的两只小鸡装的知识all natural的还不是organic的也要10多块了,真羡慕mm这6快多就能买到了
