我二月一日晚上到杭州.我更惨,离开杭州三年后第一次带宝宝回去,没经验呀,定了国航的票,而且提早好几个月定的.还要在北京中转,,,,
不过好消息是我已经收到AP了,这样省去了签证的痛苦.

现在路上受点苦我也不在乎了,总算能带着宝宝在杭州和老爸老妈过个团圆年,我就满足了.我和老爸老弟三年没见面了


我怎么觉着回国比我当初来美国时激动多了,天天在扳手指头算离出发还有几天,

恭喜阿，你的AP几号批几号收到的? 是NSC吗? 我的agent一上来就跟我说UA小孩票比国航便宜很多, 不过我没想到会便宜快$300. 你现在估计回去会迷路吧? 反正我前两次回去已经有点搞不清东南西北了. 改建好多阿,尤其西湖那片.

昨晚在看UA网站，看到这个：
For
international travel, infant discounts may be offered based on your
destination. Contact United Reservations at 1-800-United-1 (864-8331)
to inquire about infant discounts and to book a seat for your infant
for international travel.

如果电话就可以订座位了，那比提前很早到机场当然方便多了。

我在UA网站是查car seat的事情，你打算给Henry坐car seat吗？还是用飞机上的“CARES system”？

这次从家回来的飞机700座只做了不到100人，空乘就吃东西时候见一下，都跑头等舱睡觉去了，其他乘客想睡哪睡哪包括商务舱，我做56排，我这一整排10个座就我一人，前面所有排我视力所及处就坐了一个美国老头，从他身边走过他和我说：it's gonna be v~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ery empty! 候机舱等飞机时候还以为我找错地儿了人这么少，和我妈打电话说很奇怪，心理惴惴的，上去才知道就是这么少 UA的飞机，周四飞回来，就在圣诞节后，可能再过几天人就多了，UA网站上买得票，800多点，美国小城市，回家两次都是网站上直接买票选座位，上次是continental, 都是800出头，从没打过agent电话，觉得这样方便省时，从订票约签证到I20签字两次都是24小时内搞定。

UA网上就可以自己选座位, 当然也可以打电话去要. 不过我感觉机场那里更加有控制些, 可以给一些电话上网上弄不到的位子. 我不准备带car seat, 因为买的是10%的票. CARES system是什么啊?

宝宝就算要座位，也不是全价，我忘了百分之多少了。 最近飞机应该读比较空，agent说我没必要给henry买座位，我就赌一把了。

     我看他们的意思是cares是要自己准备的，不是航空公司准备的

啊。。。我的经验是买东西之前就积极research. afterward, stop comparing. When I buy tickets to China, I usually call Chinese agencies. Get the price, then check it directly with the airline to compare the price... I feel I am kind of cheap.

我觉得我也是太激动了，那几天打折票没了，一激动就买贵了，其实应该等等的

要是早看到这个帖子就好了，我是周四回去的机票啊

什么是AP啊？麻烦谁给扫下盲？多谢！

Advanced Parole,  You could apply for AP after submitting 485 application. And with AP, you could come back to US without a visa.

我刚订了UA 60天往返的特价机票，955刀，不过我是4月底走。错过前段时间Delta的特价票，真是哭死
