去年这个时候 SD成交了很多超过4000尺 价格在280万左右的房子






现在同样的房子要370万!!


现在9月明年连续降息的预期下 房主都开始捂盘惜售
这么看明天春天会爆发一次让人惊掉下巴的大暴涨!

首先你的帖子里说的可不是92130, “圣地亚哥去年还有不到$3M的4千多尺大房子 今年$3M只有3千多尺”, 而且“北部好区” 并不仅仅是指92130.
另外下面刚刚卖掉的92130 的房子难道不是3M以下($2,720,000), 4000尺(4,485 Sq Ft)以上的房子?

圣地亚哥这条房地产大龙已死, 大龙死掉之后,都是死相很难看的。我在SD少数人发现,还微小的时候进货5套,最高点全部出货,纽约也是一样,现在龙头老大是纽约,它还在微小滴时候,我就多次楼主帖子点名纽约了。 都不需要会炒股,只要和我一样会看的,家产都可以翻几倍了。
