算上房子才有一个米的话根本不是millionaire。否则湾区西雅图这些地方人人都是millionaire。现阶段我认为正确的定义应该是每年税前收入一个米以上才算。
口气不小，房子是固定资产，为什么不算？
我们这片最破烂的连窗都烂了的房子也不止一米，房主连修窗的钱都没有，这种也就是贫困的百万户吧。

现在million dollar house遍地都是，除非你有多个房子，否则只能在有房穷人和无房富人之间选。一定要算房产的话至少需要把自住房扣除才有意义。而且就算是存款有一个米也很难称为是有钱人，现在大学学费捅破天，一个米也就够俩娃上个不错的州外大学或私立大学。都百万富翁了总不能说将将够供娃上学吧。
