美国关税收入1000亿，生产国可能能 absorb 200亿，而剩下800亿，零售商和美国民众买单，再加上大美丽法案，做到了真正的杀贫济富。

也不是从民主发展成独裁， 而是从来就不曾是民主。 所谓的representative democracy到底算不算民主？个人认为是不算的。人民只能选代表，然后这些代表就可以代表人民去做一切人民没同意也不可能同意的事情，这是民主吗？还是从一开始就是统治阶级弄出来为自己独裁而不被推翻的幌子呢？

明明要NATO各国加大国防开支，为什么美国自己的国防开支要突破1万亿？可以减少海外驻军，军方购买要第三方 Audit。取消落地公民权，福利发给合格的公民，对医疗保险进行 audit。
继续马斯克的政府部门的精简，政府开支要2/3 通过才行。
这样做的话，富人如何赚钱呢？军工产业和医疗医保都是富人聚集的行业，深得广大议员的支持，很难动得了。加关税就容易多了。
