楼主和自由派法官把反对的理由列得很清楚，你不识字吗？
这事没什么好讲道理的，就是个立场问题。自由派法官能列理由，对面的法官难道不能？
觉得MAGA好的，不用讲道理，就是MAGA好。
像我这样坚决反对MAGA的，也不用讲道理，MAGA把自个儿吹的天花乱坠，我也一样反对MAGA。无它，就是认定了MAGA的排外，本土白人优先这个本质而已。这个大概率是这里很多人像我一样反对MAGA的原因。
至于MAGA对所谓民主制度有啥影响 - 呵呵，这种无关痛痒的细节多了去了。对于那些不是“排外“的针对对象的人，不是“本土白人优先”所损害的人来说，那么这些可能对他们就是大事。但对我来说，呵呵，爱咋咋，这些小事体，说不清道不明，有啥好特别在意的？你说MAGA破坏民主制度，MAGA还说他们是让美国更伟大更民主呢。。。傻子都知道大家都吹自个儿好别人烂，这东西能争出所以然来？
所以了，要是对美国人民宣传，就不能强调MAGA的排外 - 因为大部分本土美国人不在乎这个。至于他们的本土白人优先这个本质，基本上用不着强调 - 因为相信的，已经信了，不信的，你说也没用。这时候，就可以像楼主说的这些，去针对那些其他的高大上的东西了。
但在这里，真没这必要。
