其实，只要相关的体育协会，自己有一个清晰，相对公平，而且人人都必须通过 - 注意，是人人（当然，是指参与比赛的运动员），而不是只挑那些看起来有问题的人 - 的检验标准来做性别判定，就足够了。
这个标准如果被很多人不认同，自然会影响该项目的参与度和收益。所以这种东西，本来就应该由相关的组织者自己决定，自己承担责任。
至于参与者用其他任何标准判别出来，是男是女还是变性者，完全无关紧要。
