According to Bethel, the violence erupted at about 1:05 a.m. on Monday when "a group of individuals" engaged in a gun battle near the intersection of Etting and Dickinson streets in South Philadelphia. Later on Monday, Philadelphia police released images of three suspects in the shooting.

这种枪击案基本都是黑帮分子互相报复。 往往是有仇怨或者“商业” 纠纷的对立黑帮分子趁对方家里开party的时候开车掠过一阵图图，打死几个算几个。。。。 经常有压根没有关联的邻居或路人倒霉 （毕竟黑帮分子开party也不是来的都是黑帮分子）
那些垃圾天天叫嚣解散警察局的，自己遇到坏人的时候有本事别报警啊．我觉得美国警察已经算很好了，个个别个摄像头，干点啥事都被录下来了．美国还有专门碰瓷警察的，就是故意激怒警察，然后让警察抓自己，然后索赔．我感觉美国警察执法到处都是摄像头盯着，绝大部分还是蛮公平的

黑吃黑没办法用种族歧视那一套了呗．都是穷人嚎干了嗓子也榨不出三两油来就省了．

前几年带女儿去费城参加个比赛。 快到了高速堵了， 脑袋一昏 就下来走local, 那 neighborhood, 把我女儿吓得不轻。 大概downtown 东北方。
住在downtown, 还好 住了几天没听见枪响。 但感觉很不好。
没那么恐怖吧，可以选市中心的旅馆住，市政厅周边，市场街板栗街核桃街。
住市中心没问题的。宾大往东都不错。不能往西。
