我19年时回国内丢过一次，印象里网上联系了领事馆，给了两个星期内的面试，好像是按要求提交了131A ，去公安局拿了一个报案丢失的证明， 然后去广州领事馆interview 拿了一个签证累似的贴在护照一页返回的美国 Thank you for your appointment request for a travel document (boarding foil) application! 这题我会，好朋友刚经历上周回的美国。你需要先联系移民局在移民局网上缴费办一个临时的类似旅行证的东西，交了钱后再去美国领事馆办证，切记领事馆只能办证不能缴费，步骤不能错不然白跑一趟领事馆。之后很快就能去领事馆领到证件。
还有一个很重要是回美国是最好留多一些在机场值机的时间！！朋友回美时航空公司的人都没见过这种特别的临时旅行证，到处打电话问如何处理，花了四十分钟才办好值机。

谢谢，我确定是转机时候丢的，去了club lounge, 我想问问大家有没有在机场lost and found 找回证件的经历。 因为看了下补办新卡需要很久手续跟办绿卡一样复杂…
太感谢了，我查了临时程序。我主要不想回去重新办一张，手续太复杂了，想找回丢的卡不知道有没有可能
双管齐下， 一边找一边赶紧补办新卡。 这么重要的证件应该都是放在随身包里的。
在club lounge丢的有一些可能。但还是我说的，如果掉单张卡可能性不大，因为清洁工很可能当过期卡扔掉了。我们很早以前小孩在飞机上把他几张游戏卡的小包忘了。刚开始打电话都说没有。结果过一个月又说找到了，但是要寄回来还挺麻烦我们就算了。总之就算能找到，一般也不会给你寄到中国去。
当你乘飞机返回美国时，如果你坚持说你刚才在机场lost green card，那么他们会打电话给夏威夷某处的总办公室，让你登机。当你回到美国后，你have to 去海关办公室解释。
6年前，我带着一个1岁的孩子也经历过这种情况。我想他们American Airline帮了我一个忙。
