我能做到。
如果不是糖尿病,很多水果糖份并不高,按单位重量,因为很多水分。
当然水果吃多了就少吃淀粉类,对于淀粉不能少的另说。
两磅水果说穿了也就两个苹果,或两个稍大的橙子。
话说AHA指的是额外加的糖比如饮料、饼干啥的。水果里的糖不算在里面。
血糖很好,话说两磅水果真的不多,几口西瓜就吃掉一磅,几个草莓又吃掉一磅
那你血糖很好。西瓜非常涨血糖的,我不能吃。我是gestational diabetes之后血糖不好的,没有家族遗传。

9两一个的苹果不多见的。
我在家吃的话可以每天不摄入任何添加糖 需要甜味用少量erythritol 代替,比如咖啡里加小半勺 水果只吃少量莓子类 吃娃儿剩下的一片苹果都把我给甜死了😂
