从你的描述来看,你就是做做样子吧,并不是真正的瑜伽。就跟国内公园老头练太极一样,跟真正的太极不着边。
对的,凡是自己舒适的角度,那都不是练瑜伽,只是正常的拉伸而已。
中年人开始练瑜伽,不断挑战新柔韧度,灵活度和曲度的,都是在找伤找残。 电视上只让你看一个两个练了这好那好的,没让你看到背后十个百个受伤去看医生的。
我们公司也有个同事,练瑜伽伤到背了,因为是wfh,一般还行,但要她出差坐飞机,她都是拒绝,说自己的背没法坐飞机太久。
我们公司还比较nice,没难为她。要是别的公司,早不同意了。你练瑜伽受伤又不是工伤,完成不了公司的正常工作辞职就好。
结果,害得我要替她出差,很烦很烦!我本来自己就出差很多了! 结果还要替她再出差!烦死!

只练瑜伽,不练重训。 以前太忙,去年被laid off, 才有時间
但是我拉伸。拉伸只要到最大85%的程度,千万不要push自己stretch到100%。
确实是做样子,但是对我自己身体益处很大,我觉得胳膊腿和腰很灵活,我45了可以跪地擦地板两个小时腰不会疼,整天坐着上班腰也不疼。爬山下坎身体很灵活。另外体重不会增加。我觉得这些对我这个中年大妈足够了。跳广场舞啊跑步啊可能效果也会差不多,但是我喜欢安静的节奏慢的活动。
18岁的跪地擦两个小时地板都受不了吧。。。你这瑜伽也太神奇了。。。
为什么做瑜伽受伤的人这么多我大概有点了解。这门运动门槛很低,很多人只要四肢能动抱着一张瑜伽垫穿一身露露就冲过去了。虽然老师再三强调不要勉强做自己能做的就好,但是这种群体一起的行为谁也不认输。
比如做Chaturanga, 多少次看见那种浑身没肌肉的就学着旁边的人硬挺着歪歪扭扭的试图做全套,看着都觉得肩膀和腰疼。还有明明下不去的pose 还硬弯腰曲背的去够。然后一起上课的人太多,老师就站在前面教,极少去纠正学生。
建议初学者花多点钱去小班上课然后一定让老师纠正动作。
Chaturanga对力量要求很高吧,我看一些yoga instructor都不作这一套动作。
我当年看腰椎间盘突出,医生说一半的人都是练deadlift搞出来的。
大家做的不都是这种么,“真正”的谁去做啊
关键是啥地板需要跪地擦俩小时啊
也不是两个小时都一直跪着擦的,每隔十分钟要站起来到洗手间换洗帕子。我是楼上楼下全部都擦,然后两遍,第一遍用清洁剂,第二遍用清水,我稍微有点洁癖。 虽然两小时不是一直跪着,但是大部分时间跪着,并且从跪着到站起来再到跪下去,无缝转接身体很灵活。擦地对我来说也算是一种身体锻炼了。我上下楼也比较轻盈。 我没有做很复杂的瑜伽动作,比如说弯腰俯着摸脚的动作我是蹲不下去很多的,腿也不是完全直的,但是有些动作,比如说侧平板啊,躺着提后腰,俯卧伸腿什么的动作,还是比较容易做到的。
上课吗?一上课得失心就来了。
以前上啊,大家也是都很佛系那种,我这种都还算好的。 我看到的亚洲教练都比较厉害。遇到的白教练都很佛系。
流瑜伽对力量要求挺高的,节奏也快,不适合初学者。运动受伤一般是热身或放松不够、姿势不正确导致的。以追求难度去练习的心态就容易受伤。
