US. vs. Miller (not that I agree with the decision) sayid that small arms commonly used by individual soldiers in a standing army, shall be protected by the 2nd Amendment. Using this precedent, an M4 , M16 or even M249 is protected, but a tank or a fighter jet is not, because it’s crew-served. Chemical or Bio weapons are not protected because it’s not COMMONLY USED. RPG, or grenades can be commonly used by individual soldiers. It’s currently highly regulated as explosives. Government regulations of explosives have not been challenged in court on 2A ground. I don’t think Miller answered the explosives question. Miller is a bit of clusterf*ck anyway if you know the history of the case.

当初bump stock 是被 Trump给禁掉的

达不到， 因为这个实际上利用的是后座在分离的stock上的反冲力， 这个有行程， 所以射速应该到不了那么高
当然了， 全自动， 各国的全自动射速从四五百到一千多发/分钟的都有，那都是全自动
另外， 外行人可能不知道， 不需要bump stock， 用手指勾在衣服或腰带上能达到同样的效果。。。。。。
卖枪的开心了 又有新玩具
去年高院又把禁令给取消了，6:3，majority是Thomas, Roberts, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Barrett，后三个都是老川任命的，老川禁了个寂寞。
一开始禁这个就是因为川任上出了LasVegas音乐节枪击案，现在热度过去川粉们又要解禁了。
禁bump stocks 算是老川上任少有的政绩之一。
但是，但是，禁bump stock没有法律依据，而且违反宪法第四修正案: 政府不能立法禁止公民已经合法拥有的财产(without fair compensation). 也就是说正确的程序应该是先由国会立法禁止，并且拨款合理购买公民已经合法拥有的bump stocks. Trump就此滥用行政权力是很多枪权人士对他保留怀疑的重要原因。当然Trump Jr. 是个活跃的枪权人士，在Trump卸任期间对老爸有修正影响。
