Before moving july 1st, I will also have the $2000 penalty for early lease termination. I am also hopeful that the house will be as good or better than when I arrived and the deposit can be returned. 如果住的时间不短，之前没有问题，那我肯定会手软，并且有心理准备，他大概是付不起了。
他带两个孩子，也许退税真的会不少。

既然他同意交early termination罚款，赶紧让他走啊！
