没有问题。这个类型I-485申请时不需要有身份。就算黑了多年才递交I-485也不影响I-485。
好消息是昨天(5/12)收到USCIS的短信说收到I-485 package,应该是4/28快递我妈的I-485,根据这个Receipt #查了状态说其实5/7他们就收到了。看来现在效率不算低,就等我爸的短信通知了。
