southwest 并不便宜，最后一刻就是天价，空了1/3，也不会便宜卖。
这些票代有时候能拿到好点儿的价格，但是为了放心还是宁可去官网订票。之前我也在expedia上给我爸妈订机票来美国，然后我爸突发心脏病要做手术，我们打电话给expedia要求改票或者退款，也是搞得乌七八糟，先是说改票费是差价+200，我们OK；三方通话了半天，听我们说要改到半年后又说不能改，那意思是我们就得自己认了。还好我们定的是海航的机票，后来直接打电话去海航，那边听说是生病了，立马爽快退款，还说希望下次能为叔叔阿姨服务，态度可好了。

的确是scam，我同事就是这么被骗的。但是他会真的给你一张票，只不过价格高，以前的票也不full refund. 不能接打来的电话，他们都是第三方agent。不是southwest的。
在第三方买票比直接从航司买便宜吗？我看都是一样的价，为什么要第三方买？
你的问题在Expedia! 你显然不是直接买的southwest的票，而是通过Expedia买的。 航空公司惯例， 从谁那里买的票去找谁最终负责。
