如果是家庭环境引起的，又不能脱离家庭的话，那么得家庭成员做出改变才行。

不知道你的具体情况，但是，耶稣说过，“在世上你们有苦难，但在我里面，你们有平安”， “凡劳苦担重担的人可以到我这里来，我就使你们得安息。” 要找一个根据圣经教导会众和圣灵充满的教会（包括里面的基督徒要圣灵充满，发光发热，尊主为大），找他们为你们的难处祷告，自己也要在心里切切祈求，我也会帮你们祈祷。“人人都犯了罪，亏缺了神的荣耀。” 因为上帝是公义的，“非圣洁不能见神的面”， 人不觉得自己有罪，其实上帝眼中，就是嫉妒也算为罪，当然不认识上帝也算是悖逆的罪（如果一个孩子不承认慈爱的父亲，你会认为这个孩子做的对吗？）请祈求上帝让祂饶恕我们一切的不义。 愿上帝保守，医治你们，祂爱你的灵魂。

转移一下注意力，也许就可以了

精神救助还不够，还要身体自救，很多时候是体内激素分泌紊乱，比如皮质醇过高，调节好吃饭睡觉，减压，适度锻炼社交，让身体好起来，慢慢焦虑感也少了。好比机器，硬件不行了得修，操作系统再好也没用

“还有教会的喜欢拉人入教，是为了攒积分还是？” 这个问题不是两三句话可以回答的了的，上帝希望你能认识祂，所以圣经上教导是“去普天下传福音给万民听”，基督徒也是遵照圣经的教导来做，至于“积分”，你说对一半，我想完整的说法应该是“积攒福份”。

可以去试试。外界的力量也许能有点帮助。自己一个人胡思乱想 更容易走S胡同出不来。虽然最终是靠自己

任何分散注意力的是都对抑郁有帮助。想要自杀的家庭不是家庭是地狱需要断舍离

得去那真心相信的才行。去的教会就是一群站在道德制高点指责别人，没病也给你整抑郁了。

教会应该能有帮助，教友送个饭或者陪同去看个医生什么的，总比什么都自己扛要好

一些主流教会会提供非常强大的社交/社区活动（例如社区中心）。只需支付少量费用或成为会员，即可全年参与各种活动。这些活动的社区中心与主教堂是分开的。（无需成为教会成员! /?）
据我所知，传统教会服务社区已成为一种新趋势。我意识到有些人可能不喜欢传统的教会活动。（我猜）
也许你需要找一个类似的教会，或者在与教会管理部门沟通后自行组织一个类似的活动。

我想，任何想要服务广大社群的中国教会可能都没有足够的资源来建立类似的机构。
此外，与西方教会和神学大学/学院相比，中国教会的神学（通常提供免版权的圣经译本?）可能仍然太年轻。?

教会里有几个好的，但是也是各种奇葩渣滓聚集，有蠢的，有坏的，也有又蠢又坏的，有干坏事违背基督教义又自称教徒的，各种人情冷暖，刻薄自私，权势打压，一样不缺。倒是个学习社会人性心理的好地方，各种样品都有。

教会的人一般会聆听你的倾诉，或者给你一些力所能及的帮助，但真正走出来，还是要靠你自己。这个世界上，只有自己能够救自己。

宗教是一种精神疗法，马克思所谓的鸦片，如果你的家庭问题的关键在你服用精神麻醉剂下可以得到缓解，那么可能有用，但是用宗教疗伤有一个问题，就是解决不了根本，表面上伤痕好像好了，脓肿还在底下，如果你想真正的得到治愈，需要直视问题的症结所在，做出相应改变，譬如离婚，而不是逃避。另外举一个十几年前有一个非常有名的华人教会案子，加拿大的一个女生，信教非常虔诚，丈夫一再家暴她跑到避难所了准备离婚，教会把她劝回去了，用的都是楼上那些耶稣屁话，她就回去忍耐准备承担一切，然后真信耶稣在守护自己，等待同样是信徒的丈夫被圣灵带领自我悔改，然后就没有然后了，被杀了分尸装在行李箱里扔了，这就是精神安慰剂的后果，可以麻醉自己不能麻醉别人，不能解决根本，归根结底一味盲信愚昧而已，因为所谓神不存在，就算存在也不在乎信徒生死存活，都是自我安慰，去教会就是在一个echo chamber 里互相洗脑而已。

向内求是唯一正确答案。 去教会，也许短期内你会感到放松和舒缓。 教会，是人组成的，是人的地方就有江湖。
教会是人的社会，是一个庙堂，不是天堂。 但是，如果你真心信神，可能也有寄托，说不定能治愈你。
但一般老中，由于各种原因，很难真心信仰这个洋神。 我有朋友做牧师的，据他说，教会也是各种江湖争斗恩怨。

我听一个教会的人说还有教会为了抢信徒破口大骂大打出手的

教会是门生意，相当于心理咨询吧，信则灵，麻醉一下。

我认为，任何来自教堂或其他环境的咨询服务都可以尝试。
但永远不要认为这种尝试是最终的。因为无论哪种尝试都只是你选择的众多途径之一。我认为。
一个人必须自己决定最有效、最合适的灵性疗愈方式和选择。

信教还不如去追星，至少塌房就醒了，教会感觉就是个大型洗脑现场，进去了根本逃不出来。神烦那些动不动拉人入教的，试想真有个赚钱的好路子，会有人拼命拉陌生人一起么？只有诈骗和传销才会吧！反正自己的人生，不要指望谁能拯救谁，只能靠自己走出来，心理上可以脆弱，但不能把自己的大脑和灵魂交出去。

这并不是说抑郁症患者因此就该被特殊对待或者高人一等，而是因为我们明白了他们的能力受限，所以不应该从道德角度去指责他们的逻辑错误，而是应该鼓励他们寻求专业的医学帮助。 UQ
