As for the program, it gets progressively worse with each semester; the first 2 years aren't extremely difficult, so use it to boost your gpa. Once you get to your third year, that's when shit gets ROUGH. They threaten to unenroll you when you can't balance studying for 4 exams with completing 10 assignments for 4 different classes and two 6-hour clinicals, all while preaching that you get 8 hours of sleep, exercise regularly, and eat a balanced diet. Admin acts like they care, but most do not. The other day, professors got together bc they thought my cohort was on the brink of sewerslide so they just gave us pizza and told us to set goals instead of actually doing anything to help us. The dropout rate is horrible. You'll see so many people leave. But it's okay bc neither of you even had the time to converse with each other due to the insane amount of work you have. To sum it up: all you do in this program is work, study, and isolate yourself. Even when you're on "break," it's not break, it's just extra time to study. There isn't even time to feel upset. You really have to love the profession to get through this program. You'll lose hair, struggle to maintain relationships, and feel burned out, inadequate, and EXHAUSTED. But after 4 years, you'll likely be employed immediately upon graduation making close to or over $100k with great benefits and job security. And most importantly, you'll be doing something you love that you worked harder for than anything in your life. 录取也很难,Rutgers这种大公校每年只招200多? 2023 Admissions Data, Source Campus Applicant Count Incoming Class Size Waitlist Admits New Brunswick 4,080 155 55 of 872 (6.31%) Newark 2,115 63 174 of 625 (27.84%) 培养护士这么贵吗?To address the nursing shortage and expand capacity, Rutgers received a federal grant of nearly $1 million to enhance its simulation programs.
