不过说正经的，有一个问题啊，他说" I didn’t sign it"。。。 这个法案需要他额外再签啥么？就好像检方要控告某人杀人，当然有相应的法律依据，但这些法律需要总统额外出来再“签”一下么？
或者，换个角度说，这个Alien Enemies Act, 他手下人以此去做事的时候（显然不可能是老川自个儿拿着手铐去抓人），是只要自己觉得可以依据这个法律做的（就是觉得他们自己觉得老川是可以授权的，但自己没真的接到这种授权命令。。。这种情况大概率不可能吧。。。）？还是确实有命令告诉他们，这是总统根据这个法律授权的？还是更严格一点，需要有总统的书面授权（就是所谓的“sign it")？
当然，在MAGA的问题上谈法律，我自个儿都觉得跌份 - too simple , too naive。。。
