我本来也以为是给非法移民准备的，后来看到它说是在申请签证的时候没有打指纹且停留超过30天的。。。不知道现在有什么签证是不需要打指纹的。。。

今年April 11开始的，非美国公民都要求，不管非法合法。只不过很多合法的应该之前已经填过表了
因为对于合法进入美国的中国人，绝大多数算是已经自动注册了，不在那个要求范畴内。其他国家啥情况不清楚

知道。版上已经说了好多次了，但是都是用很清晰的标题来写。楼主这个的误导性太强了。

当然，那是法律理论要求如此，实际没人查，除非你开车在墨西哥边界高速上经过patrol 检查站
放以前估计就是被查没带也没啥事儿
现在就不好说了，弄不好没带就就给遣返了，ice正愁抓不到人呢
