treasuredirect tax 1099-INT documentation has "reportable proceeds". 这算box-1 or box3? 临时抱佛脚，多谢多谢

我从 Fidelity import 进来的是 BOX3，标示为 “Interest on U.S. Savings Bonds and Treas. Obligations”

没在文件上找到reportable proceeds这个词，但有数字的地方的column header上清楚写着box1或者box3

就填box 3 不交州税 box 1 为零 box 1大于零就要交联邦和州税了巨亏了
