家有9岁男孩, 8岁以前还读chapter book, 自从迷上comic book以后, 越来越不读chapter book了。 现在控制他weekdays只能读chapter book, 周末随意。他喜欢的有: 历史类: I survived series King George: What was his problem? 讲独立战争的 Two Miserable Presidents 讲美国内战的 Most Dangerous: Daniel Ellsberg and the Secret History of the Vietnam War Bomb: The Race to Build--and Steal--the World''''''''s Most Dangerous Weapon 后面几本都是Steve Sheinkin 写的, 他的语言风格很适合小朋友 Fiction: The Cricket in Time Square Wayside School series A Christmas Carol The Christmas Pig A Little Prince The Adventure of Huckleberry Finn NorthWind Wood Runner 头两本是8岁以前读的, 很喜欢。后面几本是今年控制他comic book以后读的。 科普类: 这个比较杂, 他喜欢各种跟动物有关的书, What if series 9岁男孩基本上啥都能读了, 只要不是公主美女类。我觉得关键是控制comic books, 太上瘾了。我儿子也不喜欢 Harry Porter, 还有任何让他感到害怕或者难过的书(比如 Oliver Twist)。
