If an ICE law enforcement officer approaches you, please follow these steps:
Advise the law enforcement officer, “We are here to work with you, but please allow me a moment to contact my supervisor for the best response to your request.”
Contact the Office of General Counsel (OGC). A staff attorney is on call 24/7. During normal business hours, call *******. During off hours, call the page operator and ask to page the OGC staff attorney on call. Pass requests on to OGC rather than providing information directly.
Contact police/security at your location for additional assistance upon escalation.
After the interaction, inform your supervisor and fill out an incident report in the safety reporting system (SRS). Reach out for peer support as needed.

The Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution protects people from random and arbitrary stops and searches. Although the federal government claims the power to conduct certain kinds of warrantless stops within 100 miles of the U.S. border, important Fourth Amendment protections still apply.

That is totally wrong
