爸爸最近的血检报告显示有： E87.1 – 低钠血症（Hyponatremia）E22.2 – 抗利尿激素不适当分泌综合征（SIADH） 这2个是不正常的，所以家庭医生给安排了CT， 在CT里发现了upper abdomen: on limited cuts through upper abdomen a heterogeneous, solid cum cystic well defined, well circumscribed, round mass lesion seen anterior to proximal pole of right kidney, likely arising from the head of pancreas causing significant compression effect over adjacent duodenum and right kidney measuring up to 7.1 x 6.7 x 6.5 cm. Pancreas appear atrophic with punctate calcification and dilated pancreatic duct.
