请问帮父母办理B2延期，可以网申吗？还是必须邮寄

有经验的mm能否指点一下，如果是帮忙父母申请B2的延期，可以网申吗？我看网站上写着： You may apply online to extend or change your nonimmigrant status if you meet the following conditions. You are applying: Only for yourself, without co-applicants; and You will not require legal or accredited representation at any point in your request.

可以的， 每个人分别提交 收两份钱。邮寄可以只填一张表交一分钱，但时间来不及了最好网申。
