Can't type English but I just received my order, Primary Pomade. It's horrible--I can easily tell it's not normal crystallization and it's far beyond its shelf life by just looking at the texture. It's so hard I couldn't even dig my finger in! Had to return it (they asked that all samples be returned as well, unopened!)
