建国两百多年了 还没有统一度量衡
Real ID renewal 时需要更多材料，所以有些人懒得弄，普通ID renewal更简单。
我的到现在还是普通驾照。之前去DMV的时候被告知他们那个点办不了real ID，需要去另外一个更远的地方，所以就只能办了个普通的。
