所以马公公最先把FAA搞掉，因为他们之前给spaceX的安全性提出质疑和警告，要他们不要急于求成而忽视安全。说实话，他那么大动作搞联邦机构，很有可能就是弹幕弹，主要目的就是把FAA敲掉，他把航空管理私人化，以后整个space 都归他一家管。贝佐斯现在越来越靠右，就是表忠心，怕马公公不给他的space dick 留机会。
我的理解是这样的：
绝大多数的Spacex员工是绝对的理想主义者并且是理科nerd。我认识的人里就有放弃Google二三十万的包裹去SpaceX拿10万出头的。这些人不在乎钱，甚至也不在乎自己干的活有没有趣。他们是真的愿意为了一个愿景奉献的，是为了以后可以自豪的跟别人说我干过xxx项目。
为了理想没有太高工资什么的都无所谓，但是Elon从政后这个理想的让人类多星球的愿景变的越发恐怖了起来，内部人员十分的犹豫并且变得毫无动力为这位老板工作
简而言之，Elon摧毁了这个公司最重要的内核: 一致的伟大愿景，而且是不可逆的摧毁
我不知道Elon是真的认为是他是技术支柱，是他亲自把所有Spacex火箭路径跑通了
还是还是他仍然有自知之明，知道overall技术框架，知道别人给他汇报的关键细节，但是他的主要贡献是聚集起来那批坚信火箭可复用的从NASA出走的人们。
从他收购推特来看，我不认为他有自知之明。
这个是对Spacex不可逆的变化，哪怕Elon不从政了心思重新放spacex上也一样
但是现在这种魅力和领导力， 在他与消毒水党厮混过程中烟消云散， 泯然众人矣
马大嘴智商本来就不高，加入川粉之后， 智商更是掉的厉害。 没什么好办法。
纯粹就是马斯克时间和精力不够用了。。
很多SpaceX的重大创新，都比较离经叛道，历史上经常需要马斯克来最后拍板做决定。。
现在的马斯克哪来这个时间。。 没他做最后决定，定期限，给压力，企业其他人肯定就循规蹈矩慢慢来。。进度肯定就会出问题

楼主几处hallucination SpaceX工资确实低，这些人确实有能力拿google大包裹，但是SpaceX是pre-IPO，很多人把pre-IPO的股票考虑在内 愿景？想想类似的scientists的工作，大多数scientist也不是为了愿景。口头上说愿景包装一下，其实是innovation的快乐。 失败是很常见的，你overstretch了
