Builds integrations in/out of Advancement’s CRM to share data with other systems at WashU and third-party tools. Follows established change management processes. Facilitates code reviews and enforce code standards. Develops and executes test plan development. Researches and evaluates new technology, products, specialized hardware and tools to optimize development and functionality of applications. Makes recommendations to management and customers. Assists in ensuring team members complete tasks as assigned, taking corrective action to stay on schedule. Analyzes and documents existing processes as they relate to information technology solutions. Support Supports complex operational activities and recoveries. Coordinates with software vendors and external service providers. Troubleshoots escalated software bugs and provide fixes. Provides off hours support, as needed. Leadership Provides, cultivates and fosters excellent customer service. Enforces adherence to departmental standards. Guides and mentors less experienced staff.
