现在这样，中美两头都用监管堵他，中国不许数据出境，美国不许AI出境，结果就是特斯拉在中国市场的竞争力堪忧。。

但现在问题是中国数据没法出国，美国又不允许他在中国进行大模型训练，导致暂时没有智驾模型可以用。。。
