大学申请financial aid问题

有人说即使Need blind事实也会影响录取 是真的吗？

核心问题难道不是你是否合格么？还是说你有灰色地带，可以随时更改数字？

我覺得他們說是NEED BLIND 是真的：
Financial need Ivy League schools meet 100% of demonstrated financial need, without using loans.  Percentage of students on financial aid 50% of students at Columbia and Cornell, 51% at Dartmouth, and 55% at Harvard receive financial aid.

说都这么说， 但我真不信。
要 need blind 录取完 发现录取的需要 financial aid 的大大超出预算的话，肯定会调整的。

应该是通过其他方法大致按收入分完pool了。比如top公高和top私高录取明显不在一个pool。能上top私高的上中产娃，是里面最穷的。但上中产娃在top公高一般是家庭收入最高的。
