娃在washu读过书，不记得具体何时接到录取通知书，可的确是比较早的。我娃是18年入学的， 那时Washu的merit full tuition 的scholarship非常难拿，数量很少（每个学院只有几个名额）而且需要interview，应该是没有这么早能得到结果。不知道楼主的这个scholarship是什么性质的。

但到七月了别的学校是不是已经commitment了？还能去哈佛吗？
可以，这种不同于 ED，是合法合规的。 只需向原先 commit 的学校交点钱就可以 withdraw，也不多 $1500-2000 左右。

这种是怎么操作呢？大部分学校不是要求5/1回复去不去的吗？那这个娃怎么能等到7月被哈佛转正
T5 WL被捞起来简直太难了。他/她还被两个给捞了，简直太不容易了！

肯定是去T5了吧？t10的就不去了，拿全奖了，我周围是这种情况。
RD是可以在答应之后改主意的。接受的时候要交大约几百块的deposit，最后不去的话，一般就拿不回来了。
要注意的是，ED不能这样做。
小白问IB是什么意思？
五月底毕业典礼的时候的确决定去Yale，肯定也交了钱commit了，孩子还在毕业典礼上演讲了。后来直到大一放寒假我娃回家跟我说，这个全校第一名最后去了Harvard，因为后面又被Harvard转正了。我知道五月commit学校的时候，不少孩子commit不止一个学校的，因为还下不了决定。
藤校全是need based
