什么信用卡没有foreign transaction fee 还可以加16岁以下孩子为authorized user?

如题。孩子15岁，需要信用卡在欧洲用。看来只能我加他为authorized user。需要信用卡在欧洲好用，，没有foreign transaction fee, 而且允许16岁以下使用的。多谢建议！

Amazon 的visa 卡没有foreign transaction fee, 加小孩作为authorized user 也可以。

基本上13岁以上就可以有副卡 旅游时候 我会让小孩拿着有lounge access的卡还有有travel benefit的。不过15岁可能是跟团 用不着
