产假期间跳槽都什么时候和老板说?

如果产假期间收到Offer, 新的公司急着入职, 请问都是什么时候给现在公司Notice?如果新公司不能等,是不是产假就只能作废了?
可以一边去新公司上班,一边休产假吗?

不行吧,相当于为两个公司工作了。跟新公司谈下休完产假再入职,真想要你的话会等的。一生都有几次产假?好好休完吧,别急着上班,不值当的

还有3-4个月, 新公司急着找人干活,感觉会很累,所以也满纠结要不要接的

不是H1b的话,同时给两个雇主工作没有法律问题,也就是违反公司policy,也就几个月时间,你不说谁知道。
