不是 United 的飞机，是 tug 拖车。AA的飞机在滑行时撞上了 United 的拖车，把拖车被撞翻了，司机重伤。
早上宕机的是 FAA 的 NOTAM 系统，这个系统有关于全国各机场状况的（比如有没有跑道维修等）信息系统。飞行员起飞前必须通过这个系统阅读起飞和到达机场的信息。如果系统宕机，飞机不可以起飞。
