飞机离地面200feet基本就在机场里了吧。机场外飞200feet 不可能撞commercial flight?

说同一机场前一天也有飞机因为直升飞机复飞,不知道是不是同一个直升飞机。 这一带直升飞机很多,大家遵守高度规定,一般不影响commercial flights.
应该遵守的高度是200, 但是太繁忙了,遵守不了。 昨天没出事那辆直升机飞的300feet, 也是违规的。
这么看,黑鹰故意撞客机也不是没有可能。我知道阴谋论了,但谁又知道呢……
root cause: 压根不应该这么设计: 让军机和民航共用同高度空域, 民航的机动能力约等于零,观察外部能力约等于10% 实际上一切都指望军机驾驶员一定要眼观六路耳听八方还不能操作失误 , 哪次没做到而同时有民航起飞/降落,那么就会完蛋。。。。。
这种把多少人的安全完全寄托在某一个两个飞行员的 无法预估的观测上,压根就是个失败的设计

夜视仪能看清楚黑暗区域,但是任何夜视goggle都有俩缺点: 视野受限, 会被高亮度saturate,比如近距离客机的航行灯极其亮

这个我去年也听到了,这个部门不能DEI,素质包括心理素质都很重要,总统估计指的是这个,但是第一时间不应该甩锅,先把事情搞清楚,这里面黑鹰直升机驾驶的问题应该是最大的,自己的飞行高度完全超过限高,然后视野没看到客机,反正是无法理解到底怎么回事
同意,有规矩就要守,先把高度降到200尺,这个悲剧就能避免,要求晚上目测来避免,只能碰运气了,一百次里面一次事故也很多了

我听录音塔台人员问了两三遍,军机的人都要求肉眼识别,应该就是给军方的人一个面子吧,谁想到军机上飞行员水平这么差,只能说低估了军方的自大,高估了军方的水平。
盲猜一下:可能空管以为军方就是要训练夜视飞行训练目测separation ,所以不好阻拦,只能提醒前面有个CRJ

为什么太繁忙就遵守不了?客机在这个地方会低于200尺飞行吗?如果这个地方低于200尺只有军机在飞,军机自己协调不就完了。
