怎么不会缺水？北加州的水流大多数是由sierra山顶的雪融化而来。如果冬季sierra地区降雪少，到了夏季就根本没多少存雪。这个时候，北加的河流水道就不会有很多水。所以，为了保障一定的水量，水库就是一个insurance。
记得前年重庆也是因为干燥高温山火，消防军队老百姓一起上，压了下来。
有没有新装备补充？旧装备是不能用了？总装备量够不够？这个不需要问吗？

好像是的，群里有个人说，多年前也经历过，当时在高速上，看着火从高速这边跳到差不多10条lane的高速那边.
你知道好几年前sierra连续几年大旱吗？就是2023冬季降雪量也比过去（20，30年前）少多了。而2024冬天，sierra就没有多少雪量。就看春天会不会有降雪了。
如果今年春天sierra没有大的降雪，到了夏天，北加州一定会缺水。
整个加州水管理就是有很大问题。整个加州意思就是南加州，北加州水管理都有很大问题。你能打赌2025北加州不会发生任何森林火灾？现在提出来，还有希望做一点预防，聊胜于无。

现在重要的是大家先人身平安，救灾物资先跟上，把这个难关先过了

Tahoe 前几年发生过好几次大火。Sierra ski resort都烧没了，现在的是重建的
洛杉矶是个荒漠，水都是从外地运来的。。 那么当地的供水，很明显就是 外地引水 =》 注入当地蓄水池 =》通过水压站压入水管
所以 1）当整个街区都着火，所有房子都同一时间打开最大阀门放水，那么这时候蓄水池出水就会大大高于进水量，时间持续长，就会断水。。。 2）当山火等自然灾害损坏了水压站的正常运作，即使蓄水池里还有水，位于山上的住宅就会水压不上去。。
这里很多人，特别是那些川粉，脑子里面缺根茎，或者说极度缺乏common sense 她们以为，水笼头一开，水就应该源源不绝，丝毫没考虑过背后的整个供水系统。。。
有人贴下靠谱的可以支持救助的连接吗？ 我知道好像红十字在给没有地方去的人住所。

任何系统都不会用最极端的情况来设计，因为这样花费太大了，没有必要。所以，洛杉矶的消防系统也不大可能会用这种规模的山火来设计它的消防系统。用这种设计，蓄水得大上百倍，水压也得大上百倍。这种开销没有人能承受。
一朵云也没有，人工降雨都没可能。 还是要死磕科技树，能够无云下雨，或快速便捷的运海水/和其他地方的水资源就好了（比如那些在西雅图的云~~~和下的雨）. 希望未来的孩子中会产生一个可以改变这一切的宝宝吧。
