Explosive devices found in and around the scene on Bourbon Street were apparently found to be viable, multiple law enforcement sources tell ABC News.

Breaking: The New York Post has obtained an ID photo of New Orleans terror suspect Shamsud-Din Jabbar. I've investigated further and found more photos of him. The 42-year-old Texas divorcee and father is a U.S. Army veteran who was an information technology specialist at one point.
