现在没有I-94了吧？
比如10年有效签证最后一天入境美国，然后给了六个月（online I-94 Duration of Stay).
接下去六个月内： 去墨西哥旅游，然后返回美国，即使没有有效签证，没问题？
这个不行的，visa要在有效期内
不是的，是只要有US Visa并且在有效期内，离开Mexico的时候也必须在有效期内。和i94没有关系。比如你有US visa 你先去墨西哥再去美国也是可以的。
这个有道理，回美国不用担心！
难道飞到墨西哥不是和出境一样么？i94回来要重新issue?
