Gilt买的Bluemercury礼卡过期了

之前八月gilt买的bluemercury的giftcard...忘记了里面还有四百多balance, 查了一看十月底都清零了....有姐妹有同样的情况吗

是被盗了吗？不应该有效期这么短啊

“May be used to obtain the discount stated on the Voucher until September 25, 2024; after that time, and for a period of 5 years from the date of issue (or longer, if provided by law), the Voucher may be redeemed with the Vendor for the services stated on the Voucher equal to the value for which it was originally purchased”
terms是这么写的，理论上五年内都能用吧。。。不知道为啥balance就被清空了，我在试图找两边客服。。。

我之前买过一次，里面剩了一两刀的样子没用完，过期以后就是清零了， 因为钱也不多我就没去管。
