那么他这个是符合哪一条呢？
terrorism
估计也只有terrorism了。其实这两天媒体砖家分析的都是说会照二级谋杀来起诉。
只是对elite集团来说，撸一击是terrorism
这个有点牵强吧。。。当然他自己的那些宣传实际上在帮助检方往这上面扣。。。
一个简单的问题：如果审判的过程中，最后陪审团不认同这个1st degree murder，那么能自动变成2nd degree么？也就是说，检察官以1st degree起诉，要不要承担额外（最后更容易不小心弄成无罪了？）的风险？
我猜起诉是一级 最后二级定罪关二十年

在美国终身监禁不会减刑的，被关一辈子其实也不比死刑好太多。
