现在还有西伯利亚2号线， 2024年开工，2029年完成。总长将有6700公里。最近得谈判好像不经过蒙古。 但是，一般5000公里，就是4年能干完。 俄新社报道称，“西伯利亚力量-2”管道的设计于2020年9月开始，它将经过蒙古国铺设，总长约6700公里。蒙古国总理奥云额尔登本月在俄举行的东方经济论坛上表示，他预计管道的建设将于2024年开始，2029年竣工。目前，管道的最终路线仍在讨论中。

美国真的应该学习
其实有个秘密一般人不知道，政府项目极其容易回不来款，尤其是领导换了的情况下。所以一般拿到项目都会拼了命的赶进度然后去要钱。
这个线路很牛，再过可以一直输送到东南亚，甚至印度（如果印度open to the idea的话），那基本上未来50年内，俄罗斯没问题了。
这种雪糕桶摆着阻碍交通不修路，浪费了多少人交通的时间。中国基建的效率实际大大提高了整个社会的效率。
还有巴基斯坦瓜达尔港口，都是为了确保能源安全的，所以中国派了300人军队携各种先进武器去中巴反恐联合演习（实际去搞俾路支的）。另外柬埔寨的运河开挖，除了越南跳脚，泰国也很想让中国在他境内最窄处挖运河，这样就不用走马六甲了，最近新加坡也频频示好中国。

像我们这修个东西，动着鸟窝了，不行，工程停工，等小鸟孵完蛋了，我们再搞个鸟窝迁移；工程的风格有没有跟历史冲突，有没有破坏历史建筑的风格，我们先评审起来，这个挑刺的人可就茫茫的多；环评，这个当然少不了。。。
那些必要的审核当然一个也少不了比如zoning review, mechanical and plumbing review，土壤侵蚀，电气，节能标准，绿能，防火安全，结构，公共空间利用，社区卫生风险，等等
能说这些审核不必要嘛？都必要，但效率就低了。没办法，中国发达了大概率也是一样的，其实有些大城市现在已经有点如此了，要平等保护社会的每一个方面，效率高不起来。
