美剧里一些大案要案（特别是跨州的）不是有西装革履的agents从外地空降到州市县，是不是DC派出的就不记得了。没了这七千人和总部，万一哪天DC有反恐需要，从上到下怎么调遣人力资源啊？另外FBI agents受训是总部还是分部负责？
