话说工会、上次码头工人工会把罢工日期推到1月中。 那个头可是和trump关系蛮铁的。

You can bring a horse to water but you can’t force him to drink water. 政府公务员有工会，私企的那套胡萝卜加大棒的管理方式是行不通的。强迫他们回去容易，但是怨气上来消极怠工你咋整？你既不能发奖金又不能开除人。

这离事实也太远了。联邦政府自己有统计数据的，联邦政府里有一半员工是全职on-site的，剩下的50%中，有10%全职telework，40%大概是一周telework两天。
