美国医疗问题的根源是医疗复合体的贪婪。这种情况下保险也好全民医疗也好慈善机构也好，都只是不同的分配模式去填这个无底洞而已。

H1B 被雷 拿机票走人 一直是这样的
老婆怀孕due 或者自己H1B怀孕due 只是感情牌

政策归政策。 实际情况应该留下来的不少。 留下来， 转身份等等各种操作。
中国回去了， 再来肯定不容易。 烙印可能不一样。

不能用Obamacare吗

其实这时候都不是考虑insurance 的时候，赶紧找工作啊。想当年我H1在dot com 时被lay off, 业界不好找，赶紧找大学工作。经济不好时，对没身份的移民就是好难。
