以我大学一年级就被体育老师还有系花们夸的 L8 腹肌的经验,对于绝大部分 985/211 屌丝男女,排除医学风险不允许的情况,纯为健康而不是好看的角度,HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training)是正道,没有其他真正意义的捷径。
很多人推崇撸铁 ,,, 撸铁和 MICT (medium intensity continuous training) 其实是两个极端 ,,, HIIT 是折中 ,,, 所以我个人觉得撸铁也不如 HIIT,纯健康而不是肌肉美丽而言 ,,, HIIT 兼顾 cardio 和 strength,并且比例连续可调。
