到时候最高法院直接改名宗教裁判所好了
讲法律，我们讲的过高院那些科班出身的大法官么？我敢打赌，大部分高院有分歧的判决，你让任何一个大法官，站在对方立场上讲道理，他/她也一定能给你舌灿莲花，讲的头头是道。。。
所以了，这种事，咱们说“讲法律”，其实就是安慰自个儿，让自个儿心里更平衡而已。现实就是，讲立场，就够了。法官们实质上也是这么做的。
其实他们说的也没啥出奇的。你培训一下也讲得出甚至更好。主要是你讲了他们不听啊。

这个新闻我听NPR讲了，其实不算是最糟糕。因为VA允许投票当日注册（对，就是那个密西根小留干的事儿），所以真的公民还可以投票日当日注册，然后填写 provisional 选票，装进信封，选举官员确认他们的公民身份以后计票。
不然有啥好主意吗？
