最简单的解决办法是，出生时候免费发一个ID，终身使用，上面写 哪个年月日是可以投票的日子，或者18岁的日子。然后就用出生ID投票。外国出生的转公民时候发一个类似的。这样就行了。
其他都是瞎搞，什么办各种卡了，美国很多穷人，根本没钱去办卡。
当然最好的解决办法是，法律规定所有人必须投票，和澳大利亚一样，不去投票的是犯罪。这事就解决了。

State ID 是要收费的，我查了一下20刀左右。 voter registration 是免费的，但这个一般需要驾照或state id。
还漏写了，盲人，聋哑人，肢体残疾人，弱视（博士生里挺多的，眼睛不好到连临时驾照都拿不到）。 总之，弱势群体一锅端，目标是，回到过去美好的生活——女的在家刷锅洗碗纺纱织布带孩子，男的白天打猎，晚上酒馆里喝酒。
被发现是因为他自己想去要回来，不是因为投票过程多严谨。
我们这儿没这么麻烦， 没有ID也可以投票， 但是需要签字画押。其它州应该是相似的要求
有个citizen portal的数据库，里面有你的信息你就可以投票，用驾照可以搜索到你的信息， 所以很多人误解有驾照就可以投票
