已在美国的中国医生们好好看看各州法律吧。
是因为美国太缺医生了，特别是家庭医。弄了很多NP，PA，这样引进别国好经验医生，版上人该不会抱怨遇到那么多没啥经验的啦。
所以要让更多老中医生知道新消息新法案，老中帮助老中。印度医生可知道新消息了。有不少回印度，巴基斯坦读医学院的。还有菲律宾的也是。
弄的偏远地带严重缺医生啊，还有的医院关门，妇科关门呢。美国这种培养制度很浪费医生学本事的宝贵四年时间，中国，印度，欧洲很多国家都是高中毕业就可以进入医学院，人家多出积累四年临床经验时间，美国医生浪费在学别的专业本科。美国医生有四年临床经验的时候，人家有8年临床经验。
这样会降低医疗成本
现在那种Costco网络医生不知道是不是背后有用考过美国医生执照最强大脑AI配上能开处方的NP和PA。要不然怎么会看一次29？
以后都AI加持了，你怕什么？ 美国大连锁医院从去年开始用GOOGLE 医疗AI了。 Google的Med-PaLM 2 都是考过美国医生执照考试的。
ai很牛。我估计step都能考280吧。
NP在很多州是可以独立职业的，包含麻醉护士。只有PA需要MD监管。人口大国外国医生见过那么多病例，总比短平快培养的强吧？

这个对所有外国医生都需要www.ECFMG.org专业机构认证学历和外国医生执照认证，被认证的外国医生就可以考美国医生执照，有的州目前居然不需要考证只要有外国行医执照都可以在美国执照医生监管下上班。
不光私立医院HCA用AI，非赢利医院MAYO Clinic，Cleveland clinic 等很多大型非赢利连锁都开始用AI的。田纳西比较缺医算偏远地带，用没啥经验短平快NP，PA还是有经验外国医生显而易见。人口大国有经验医生真是相当不错。
看了一下不少需要有效外国医生执照，就是正在医院上班的，估计GAP的医生需要重返工一下，没有有效执照不行，大多数州都需要考过美国医生证书，只是简化了不需要做住院医或者减少外国医生做住院医时间。能考过美国usmle 的真是哪国医学院毕业都可，说明和美国医生一样具备资格。
其实如果能保障这些外国医生简历不造假的话，AI+经验更丰富的医生绝对是好事
在川川还有多数政客眼里国内医生是有接收器的，必须是危害美国安全，谁敢用，当然阿三医生是可以用的，以后阿三医生遍地开花，美国医生化了那么多钱，会被阿三医生给挤兑的没处安身很有可能

问题是没有美国中国医生愿意给其他中国医生机会。。估计应该是除中国以外的外国医生应该更有可能通过这个途径拿到美国行医执照。。。。
我现在选PCP只有第一代印度人可以选了。不过我也想开了，稍微严重一点的事儿我肯定要求去看specialist的。

执照学位当然要认证假不了，credentialing 真正卡人的地方是gap,和直接上司推荐信，要是之前是有毒工作环境闹翻逃出来那推荐信基本没戏
一般只在缺的时候会有这种法案，不缺的时候会及时调整。类似缺护士的时候也有过类似的。不缺就变了。某些人就遇上好时光抓住时机了，命运跟时代大背景也有些关系。
所以在哪上班人际关系都要搞好，说不定什么时候就能用上啊。。。
